MatthewBerdyck.biz is wholly owned and operated by Matthew Berdyck, personally, and has no affiliation with now defunct Matthew Berdyck LLC.
Daily Independent Journal, Wandering Plains Wagyu, Fillmore Street Films, and other holdings, are sole proprietorships (with the exception of Wandering Plains, a Missouri Limited Liability Corporation) in the State of California, owned and operated by Matthew Berdyck, personally, a separate legal entity from Matthew Berdyck LLC.
Matthew Berdyck LLC:
Matthew Berdyck LLC was a Limited Liability Corporation that existed solely and only conducted business in the State of California and was abandoned in 2022. Matthew Berdyck resigned as the agent of service, in May of 2024.
The LLC has no known address. The former address of 2021 Fillmore Street, San Francisco, was abandoned in 2021, after the owner of the virtual office revealed the address could not accommodate process service. The federal registration for this address was also abandoned at this time. Since the address is a virtual office, there is no physical location for the former address.
