Bobby Glascoe Wants To Hurt Your Family

As my Facebook profile has exploded and gone viral, it’s caused and influx of comments, upwards of 250,000 to 500,000 comments a month. I can’t possibly read them all. I have moderation in place to filter out certain types of harassing commentary—these comments are automatically relegated to the hidden folder, a place in Facebook comments where only the content creator can read them, a form of shadow ban. This is where I first encountered Bobby Glascoe.

For a week or so, Bobby was posting links to blogs about me from a political opponent of my organization, ToxicWasteSites.org, by a man called Dr. Nuccitelli, who has made a career out of targeting whistleblowers. I would catch them in the hidden folder and see Bobby’s name. He was persistent, no matter how many times I asked him to stop or tried to explain the situation. Finally, I learned that he had been convicted of violating a restraining order in 2012 and was arrested for stalking his ex-girlfriend and their daughter.

Just as I was about to block him, he set up a group chat with two other men, Mike Lippert, and Kyle Akres, a conversations that was running in my spam folder without my knowledge. When I did not respond to them, they came to the page and posted a screenshot of the chat, causing me to go to my spam and see what they were up to. At this point, I blocked Bobby Glascoe.

When I got to the chat, they began threatening me, raging at me, demanding to know why I had blocked Bobby. At this point, it became extreme. Mike Lippert began threatening to kill me, threatening to kill my daughter, as Bobby admitted that he had threatened to fight me and said I had blocked him because of cowardice. They made threats to hunt me down and “throw my body in a wood chipper.”

Then, Bobby Glascoe began threatening to sue me as Kyle Akers and Mike Lippert made direct threats to kill my 17-year-old daughter, over and over again, if I didn’t give them my address—this was not only extortion but conspiracy to commit extortion, terroristic threats, stalking by menacing, aggravated menacing, telecommunications harassment, etc. At this point, I issued a no contact notice and contacted the police in Mike Lippert’s town. I instructed all three of them, via a legal notice, that they were sending communications into the State of California, for jurisdictional purposes.

I actually included Bobby in my messages to the police, yet he still kept contacting me, relentlessly, now via e-mail, telling me he was suing me for libel and filing a restraining order against me even though I have no idea who he is or why he started targeting me in the first place. The only clue I have to his motives are his posts about Charlie Kirk and that his actions are clearly politically motivated.

Glascoe was e-mailed a legal notice, explaining how he incited the mob, that the is liable for all threats under Ohio’s complicity law, that he was to have no contact, plus all of the legal language and layman’s language to explain to him that he was engaged in criminal activity. He responded that he would keep contacting me as much as he wants and nothing can stop him.

Yesterday, Mike Lippert showed up again just as the police informed me that he no longer lived in Forest, Ohio and had fled the area in October. Lippert made several dozen more threats to kill me and put my body in a woodchipper, hurled hate speech at my followers, called them pedophiles, and then proceeded to make several more Facebook accounts to stalk and harass me— this included one which was a clone of my own account, so they could fabricate evidence against me. He even logged onto his wife’s account, Caitlyn Lippert, and kept going.

Last night, I instructed Bobby Glascoe to have no more contact with me, for the 50th time. Much like the above court case linked in this writing piece, he ignores complicity and aggravated menacing laws while claiming he’s “done nothing wrong.” It sure adds perspective to that court case, doesn’t it?

Today, Bobby showed up on Facebook again, raging on my profile and he was sent yet another no contact order.

He then sent me a screenshot of me “threatening his family” except it’s not me. There is no blue check and my outbox shows no contacts to him. As I type this, he is posting it all over my wall while another party is confirming to him that the account that contacted him wasn’t my account, just after being given a 6th no contact order.

The nightmare continues as we work to track these people down so he can be served with a restraining order. He claims he lives in Dayton, Ohio and works as a paramedic for the city (not likely) but his last known address is in North Baltimore, Ohio.

I want to be very clear, and stress this again, I have no idea who this man is. I don’t know why he is stalking me. He just found my profile due to it receiving over 33,000,000 views in the last few months and began unloading on me, most likely because I criticized his God, Charlie Kirk.

The law is very clear, however, if a party organizes a group and starts sending you messages with threats to kill, the organizer is legally liable and responsible for the actions of all involved parties under accomplice, accessory, complicity and aggravated menacing laws.

Bobby Glascoe is a dangerous cyber predator, period.
