Peter John Ross is desperate to hide the facts from viewers of his movie.

Even though I’ve not sued him, he has relentlessly targeted me, over the last 4 years, with frivolous lawsuits, including his latest suit against Matthew Berdyck LLC.

Ross an LLC that has no connection to this site, my newspaper, or .org, attempting to obtain a default judgement that would allow him to suppress all criticism of his film.

In his Deep Dive, he states:

The woman he refers to is the Tier III convicted sex offenders wife, Amber Humphrey, who has a decade of convictions for prostitution, drug possession, etc.

Scumbagged.com is owned by the husband and wife team.

Mr. Ross is free to sue, but former business associates, family members, a prosecutor, and a police department stated Rick and Amber own the site.
